What do the "Verified" and "Trusted" badges mean?

Verified (sage check) — identity has been proven via UAE Pass (SOP2) or an Emirates ID scan. Binary. You either have it or you don't.

Trusted (amber star) — auto-applied performance signal. Three or more reviews on your account, an average rating of 4 stars or higher, and active in the last 28 days. Trusted is earned, not requested. It can disappear if your rating drops, if you go inactive, or if a claim against you is upheld.

Both can stack. On a public profile, Verified reads first, Trusted second — "real person, well-rated."
