What are the delivery zones and fees?

Delivery is a flat AED 25, one-way standard delivery — paid by the buyer at checkout, and the exact amount is always shown before you pay. There's no speed-tier for the buyer to choose.

Standard delivery typically arrives in about 2–3 days, depending on when you order and courier availability. Cross-emirate (for example Dubai → Abu Dhabi) can take a little longer — order ahead when a piece is needed for a specific date.

Coverage spans all seven emirates of the UAE through our courier partner's network; arrival times may vary by emirate. Every order is delivered; there's no self-collection option.
