Who handles delivery?

Lebsloop arranges delivery through an appointed third-party courier — we coordinate the whole handover, from collecting the piece at the seller's door to delivering it to you, but the courier is the carrier. At launch every order runs through our courier partner; we may add our own capacity as we grow.

The chain stays trustworthy without us driving: the package is sealed with a tamper-evident Lebsloop seal at collection, so check the seal is intact before you open. The courier transports the piece, it doesn't inspect it — so if something's wrong, the evidence behind a dispute is the photos you file with a SNAD claim within 24 hours of delivery.
