For pieces under 2 years old and in excellent condition, 50–65% of the original retail is the sweet spot. 30–45% for older or more-worn pieces. You keep 100% of whatever price you set.

Pre-loved luxury holds value better than off-the-rack — a 5-year-old Chanel bag often sells for more than a 1-year-old high-street dress. Price for the brand and the condition, not just the age.
