What happens at handover?

Once a buyer purchases, an appointed courier collects the piece from you. There's no scan or photo step for you at handover — just have the piece ready and let the courier collect it.

The courier collects and delivers; it doesn't inspect the piece. So make sure it's clean, complete, and matches your listing exactly before the courier arrives — a piece that's not as described routes to a SNAD claim after delivery, and the at-fault costs fall on you. The package is sealed with a tamper-evident Lebsloop seal at collection.

There's no 6-digit code and no app step at handover — the tamper-evident seal plus our tracking are the record. If a buyer disputes, the evidence is the photos they file with a SNAD claim within 24 hours of delivery.
