Delivery fee — what it covers and who pays
Delivery is handled by an appointed courier — Lebsloop coordinates the handover but isn't the carrier. Coverage spans all seven emirates of the UAE; arrival times may vary by emirate.
It's a flat AED 25, one-way standard delivery, set by Lebsloop and paid by the buyer at checkout. The fee goes to Lebsloop (which pays the courier), not the seller — it's not a pass-through, and the seller doesn't set it or receive it.
Every order is delivered; there's no self-collection option. For an upheld SNAD return, the at-fault party covers the return leg and the buyer is refunded the original delivery fee.
