When am I charged?

Your card is authorised — held, not charged — at checkout, and actually charged when the piece is delivered to you. If the sale falls through before then (the seller cancels, or the piece never ships), the hold is simply released and you're never charged at all.

The total is the seller's price + a small buyer-protection fee + a flat AED 25 delivery fee — itemised before you confirm, with no deposit and no hidden charges.

Once charged, the money sits in escrow and only releases to the seller after you've received the piece and the SNAD window has passed without a claim. An upheld SNAD claim is a full refund.
