How does delivery work?

Lebsloop arranges delivery through an appointed courier — we coordinate the handover from the seller to you, but the courier is the carrier. Every order is delivered; there's no self-collection option.

Delivery is a flat AED 25 (standard) — set by Lebsloop and paid by the buyer at checkout. There's no speed-tier to choose; pieces typically arrive in about 2–3 days, and the exact amount is always shown before you pay.

The courier transports the piece only — it doesn't inspect it. If something's wrong, the evidence behind a dispute is the photos you file with a SNAD claim within 24 hours of delivery; the package is also sealed with a tamper-evident Lebsloop seal at collection, so check the seal is intact before you open — a broken seal is grounds to raise a claim.
