Resale is final. What does that mean?

On Lebsloop, purchases are final. There's no change-of-mind return path — you can't buy something on a Friday and return it on a Monday because you changed your mind.

We made this call for two reasons: it protects the seller from reverse-logistics costs, and it matches how every resale platform we respect (The RealReal, Vestiaire Collective) operates. Read the listing carefully, message the seller with any questions, and zoom into the photos before you buy.

You can still cancel an order before the courier collects the piece — that's always a full refund, fee included. After delivery, returns are only available for covered claims: SNAD (item not as described — see the next article), counterfeit, damage in transit, or a piece that never arrives. An upheld claim is a full refund.
