How does the dispute process work?

A buyer raises a SNAD claim within 24 hours of delivery. The photos the buyer files with that claim, together with the listing details, are the evidence baseline.

You and the other party first have a 7-day window to resolve it directly in the in-app chat — most cases settle there. If it isn't resolved, it escalates to Lebsloop support: the other party gets 48 hours to respond, then another 48 hours before Lebsloop makes a final admin decision. Support responds within a 48-hour SLA throughout.

Outcomes: full refund, partial resolution, or no claim. Funds release per the decision, and the decision is final. "No photo proof = no platform intervention" is a hard rule — the photos the buyer files with the SNAD claim within 24 hours of delivery are the foundation of every dispute we ever resolve.
